Form & Document Library (for health providers)
You now have the option to safely store your files on your RingMD account.
If you find yourself sending the same forms or other types of documents to every client you meet, we hope that this feature will help you save time.
Files can be made public or private. When files are made public, you can direct your logged-in clients to your Professional Profile page in order to access and download them.
Private files are accessible only by you and can be sent to clients when speaking to them on Messages.
Types and size limit of files
You can send any types of files and there is no file size limit.
Where to upload and access your files
Go to the section Form & Document Library, found on your Settings page.
