Exiting a call on mobile without tapping the end-call icon

Clicking or tapping the end-call button on a RingMD video call officially marks the session with your client as complete.

To exit a video call on mobile without marking the session as complete, do not tap on the end-call button. Close the mobile application instead.

To rejoin the call, open the application and go through the same steps for joining the call.   

RingMD on iOS

For users who use RingMD on iOS, follow these steps:

(i) Press your device’s Home button twice.

(ii) You will then see multiple application windows open. Swipe RingMD’s window upwards to close the application.  

RingMD on Android

For user who use RingMD on Android, follow these steps: 

(i) Press your device’s Recent Apps button.

(ii) You will then see multiple application windows open. Swipe RingMD’s window to the left or right to close the application.
