There are different ways to message a health provider on the RingMD app using an Android mobile device for your first contact with the provider, and every message onwards.
Messaging the first time
On the Home page
Step 1: Look for the health provider you’d like to message and tap the blue message icon.
Step 2: Type your message and tap Send.
On a health provider’s Professional Profile
Step 1: Tap the blue Message tab at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Type a message and tap Send.
Messaging the second time onwards
To access all your messages, tap Messages on the side menu. Next, tap on the message you’d like to reply to. Then, type and send a reply.
Note: You can also send a message to a health provider while you’re having your video appointment on RingMD. Simply look for the blue message icon on your video call screen.
