To know if a health provider is calling you, you will see this notification on your Android mobile device:
Joining the call
After tapping Join the call, we will check if your internet connection is stable enough to support your call. Tap the green Proceed with video call banner at the bottom once it appears on your screen.
Note: If the green Proceed with video call banner fails to show, restart the application and try making the call again. If you have a poor internet connection, you might want to connect to a different network or ensure that you have a strong Wi-Fi signal.
Icons on the video call screen
a. Enables you to send messages with your client during the call and view past messages
b. Enables/disables your microphone
c. Enables/disables your video camera
d.Switches the camera view
e. If you are using RingMD’s health band, this icon will show your personal fitness data, which you may or may not choose to share with your health provider
f. Ends the call
