To reject a client’s appointment on RingMD, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Click Packages on the top menu bar.
Step 2: Under the Purchased Packages tab, find the package you’d like to reject and click X Reject Package.
Note: Please note that rejecting a package can only be done when it appears under the Purchased Packages tab. Once sessions are scheduled, they cannot be rejected.
Step 3: You will be prompted to select a reason. Select your reason and click Submit to confirm the rejection of the package.
