Online and offline appointments can be marked as Completed after they are scheduled.
To mark an online or offline appointment as Completed, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Packages and click the Scheduled Sessions tab.
Step 2: Click on the three-dot icon on the session you’d like to mark as complete, and click Mark as completed.
All completed sessions can be found on the Completed Sessions tab, which is next to the Scheduled Sessions tab.
Marking an appointment as Completed can be useful in the following situations:
- If you need to mark an in-person appointment as completed.
Note: Payments and scheduling for in-person appointments can be processed on RingMD. When scheduling in-person appointments, you'll need to label it as Offline. More about scheduling appointments here.
- Clicking during a call on RingMD marks the session as completed.
If, for any reason, a wellness expert fails to click on the end-call button, RingMD will still recognize the session as a Scheduled Session.
