To use RingMD’s video calls, please make sure that Google Chrome’s camera and microphone access settings are enabled. Enabling them means you are giving RingMD permission to access your camera and microphone.
Step 1: Click the three vertical dots on the top-right corner and select Settings.
Step 2: This opens a new window. In the search bar on the top left corner, type ‘camera’.
Step 3: Click Content settings.
Note: RingMD is best used on the web browsers Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
Step 4: Scroll down to the Microphone and Camera headings and make sure that the option ‘Ask when a site requires access to your camera’ is selected for each.
Alternatively, simply click Allow when you see the pop-up message below during your first video call.
When you’re done applying the new browser settings, and you’re ready to start a call, visit your scheduled sessions (for wellness experts) or scheduled consultations (for doctors) on RingMD.
