If you have not downloaded any of these onto your computer, please select one to download and make sure it is compatible with your platform. Here is more information on how to install them:

- Download & Install Mozilla Firefox (Linux)
Web Browser Settings
If you are using a compatible web browser, make sure that the camera and microphone access settings are enabled on the browser. Enabling them means you are giving RingMD permission to access your camera and microphone.
On Google Chrome
If your web browser settings were set to “Block”, then you will see a red square on the video icon, found on the right side of the address bar (see image below). To enable camera and microphone access, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on the video icon.
Step 2: A small pop-up will appear. Click the ‘Always allow…’ option.
Note: This is a one-time configuration. Once this is done, both the camera and video will open the next time it is required.
On Mozilla Firefox
If you’re experiencing issues with the call on Firefox, please visit this article and look for the ‘Firefox’ section.
